Hi guys,
I have the same problem with some of you(as I've read) I have an older Korg(i3) Smile - with great sound and the floppy driver is now broken. I tried to replace it using a PC FDD(because it requires a Floppy Driver Double Density - 0.7MB) but it doesn't work. There seems to be an incompatibility. Should be a certain brand(s) maybe a code no.?
I have to mention also that when I bought the new one I left the older one to the dealer (naive movement, I know that, but's to late now) , I thought that having a new one the issue is solved.
Any response would be extremely appreciated.
