Maybe I'm old fashioned, but is this forum the only way you can try to get help from Korg on a technical problem? Are there tech support moderators? Are we just in this by ourselves? Don't they have any phone support? How the heck do you get any real support?

This forum is not owned by KORG, it's owned by Daz and myself. We are two KORG enthusiasts providing you with a free platform to meet other KORG users just like yourself. Our hope is that you make friends, and learn from each other.

What we are not doing here is providing you with an official platform to reach KORG. That's what they have telephones for and email.

When you make a post here, you should only every consider it to be a question directed at other users like yourself. Not something directed at KORG with the intentions of receiving official KORG Support. Yes, often KORG do reply but, Just because they do doesn't mean they have to deal with every problem.

So, if you have a problem that needs to be resolved. Phone them, or email them. All the details can be found on their website.
