|
|
Hi, I'm a new user of this forum. First, sorry for my english, I'm a spanish user but there isn't a forum for the TR in my language.
My question is: in combi mode, I'm overwriting a preset with some programs that I like. I want to modify a sound by turning the knobs, and when the sound is modified, save it as a combi. How can I do this? I tried it a lot of times, but when I overwrite the existing combi with my new combi, the sound becomes normal again, without knobs modification.
Sorry for my english again. I'll be pleased if you can help me. |

Hi P.,
Your English is great, I completely understood you
You cannot save changes you make to the sound with the Realtime Control knobs in Combi mode. They are for performance tweaks only.

Another questions:
1. Can I load AIFF WAV or AKAI samples in my TR without having the EXB-SMPL installed?
2. I donwnloaded some free PGC's from a website, but when I load them and I play the keys there isn't any sound. With one special PGC, I had an error message, "can't be loaded". What happens?
3. How can I save the MUSIC I've created in the sequencer? I want to save the music, not the configuration!
4. Where can I get free PGC's for my TR?
5. On SW1 & SW2, there's an option, "Ribbon #16". If I activate it, nothing happens. What is this option!?
Thank you everybody! I hope you can give me answers! |

1. I think that you can load AKAI and WAV samples without EXP but you can use them only in drum kits, there is download section where you can download .kmp and .ksf files that are korg format of samples, you also have pcg files there.
2. Those programs probably use samples that need to be loaded, since you haven't load them there is no sound.
3. Go to media/f2 save seq.
5. Ribon is controller on the triton series and extreme, that option is only for sake of compatibility if you load sounds from triton classic, since there isn't ribbon controller on tr you have no use of it. _________________ Nikola

And is there any way to have a ribbon controller in my TR? Is it sold or something?! |
