Hello Vadim,

I Use the M-Audio UNO USB midi interface to connect a Keyboard (M-Audio Keystation 88es) to my PC, and to connect the Korg TR-Rack to my PC. I use Cakewalk Sonar 6.2 as a track editor. I downloaded and installed the instrument (.ins) file specific to the TR-Rack off the web. This mapped the TR-Names to the proper patch number, but it is not manditory - just a lot easier to know what patch I expect to play. One word of advice if trying this... Make sure the TR-Rack is in 'Prog' mode and not 'Combi' mode. I have not figured out how to make the Sonar software send SYSEX messages to control the combi modes correctly.

I hope this helps answer your question...

Regards,

Barry Anderson
