|
|
Hi there, i have a trinity 61, since 7 years ago, everything ok until a few weeks. When i'm working suddenly the parameters changes by theirselves, for example: in the secuenser mode, the tempo change to another value, or the track number, etc. Could this be a mechanical problem (any value key failed) or a software or digital problem?.
Thanks |

OK, this could be down to wear on the data input wheel.
Certainly on my Trinity, the data input wheel has lost a lot of precision over the years and dust / wear in the mechanism could cause new values to be generated.
Do you have the tempo parameter highlighted in the screen? If not, then it could be due to MIDI data coming into the MIDI IN port.
If there is nothing connected to the MIDI in port, I'd be looking for a controller (datawheel beinig the prime candidate) which is misbehaving.
