since a few days i have got a real problem with my microx:

first the joystick is not working any longer properly and the the four knobs seem to do only one function only to pitch the tone lower or higher.

so before i have to bring the device to be fixed somewhere, i wonder if there is a way to real 'hard reset' the device (not just overwriting systemdefaults)
i think it could be something like a softwarebug in the microX operating system or something like that, since the hardwaredecoders are definetely working.

is there a way to do this?
thanks also for other helpful tips.

yeh my joystick is f***ed also. (i think i mentioned that in another thread)
up and down work for me, but left and right does nada

i have no idea if its software or hardware related
but with the build quality of the unit... i'd suspect hardware
