I work for some hours now with my MicroX and vintageanalog bank for Triton I got it into Bank E and write them into programs that I not use and then got factory Bank E back and it work now Smile

yes it support TRiton.

Hello Morton!

I`ve read yor topic and i have a few questions. I own myself a microX and tryed to import pcg-files. It succeed, but i can not controll wich banks will be imported. You wrote that you import only bank E and choose the programs you liked and wrote them to your unused ones. Is there like a kind of PCG-Editor Software where you can open the PCG-file and edit the patches before you load it into the microX editor? Some PCG-files update lots of banks, some just a few patches, its pritty confusing and dangeros for patches you liked that suddenly they will be owerwritten.

Another question: I use the microX with cubase as an insert instrument. When i save the cubase session, it will save as well the settings from the microX. Does it save only the Combi, multi or the programm? or does it save as well the hole data. I did a cubase project and wanted to reopen it after a few weeks and the settings from the microX were gone. Coudnt find them anymore. Maybe i`ve imported pcg-files in between i dont remember. But i saved as well allthowgh all data-file, extra to an other directory, to to be sure to reopen the settings, but it failed. AllData is this not everything whats in the microX in it?If i load after a pcg-file and than turn back an load again my old all-data file, it have to recover the old settings that was before i was loading the pcg-file. Where i was mistaken? So why does it not work?

Thanks a lot for an answer!!!!

There is no X50 download section.

The download section is organised into area's of compatibility. If your keyboard is not listed, then it's not supported, or it's compatibility has not been researched by me. Does it say it support Triton format in the manual ?.

Regards.
Sharp.

can you support it then?

Basically X50 uses exactly the same patches as Triton LE/ TR so there's no need for a separate section. All LE/TR patches will work. Classic Triton patches will work too but might sound different than intended (LE/TR/X50 have 1 IFX, while Triton had 5)

1) there are seperate sections for the different tritons...
why not for the micro-x or the x50
(i think they should be seperate, though i like the forums being merged)
on inspection, even the m3 lacks its own section.

2) the micro-x and the x50 have different samples to the tritons and to each other.

(in particular, the micro-x has alot more dance/ethnic orientated samples)

so yes, there is SOME patch compatibility
but not full compatibility.
it would also be nice to share patches that utilize these new sounds.

But hey, nothing serious going on there... Laughing full of spam ads and stuff.

This is a message one of the members posted:
That's probably better than the p3n15 enlarger ads I get. What the hell is a p3n15, anyway?
