|
|
First of all, I am a KORG fan and I only own KORG keyboards. My first KORG was a DP-80 which my parents bought me when I was 13 yrs old. Which I still have!
Anyways, I think its time for Roland for a little while to be in the public eye. The only reason why I say this is because the all the old group are back when Roland was the keyboard of choice. I am seeing a lot more Roland Jupiter's, Juno's & D50's now. I really hope I am wrong. Its all about exposure of a brand to do well like on stage, video's etc.
What do you think? |

Roland and Cakewalk have joined together [announced at NAMM '08]
Actually Roland has bought into 48 percent of Cakewalk. Roland controls distibution rights of Sonar outside the US. [someone correct me if I'm wrong. trying to go by memory]
So you may be right in your assumption of them taking a step forward within the comming year in a bigger role than previously mentioned. _________________ marcus

After seeing the new Fantom G is simply amazing!
I can't wait to try it, after seeing its video presentation I've desider at least to read the user manual, which I think is a great way to evaluate if the product fits your needs.

And I think everyone should get a piece of the pie! Only if they are good. If Roland is going to ride on their old glory then I don't thiink its right and as users we shouldn't support. I think KORG has always stood out from M1. Over the years we saw a lot of keyboards and very innovative one's. M1,Trinity & Triton. They were revolutionary! Lets not expect a repackaged version of old tech. Its important as we need move & they need to move forward. I think that's were KORG excels. |
