Hi all. Thinking of getting an M50-73 (if it ever comes out) to replace my faithful N364 (ok so it's been a while). I have some questions that I'm hoping you can help me with:
1) Has Korg done away with the incredibly useful 10's hold button?
2) Is there an easy process for copying programs into combinations (I will be using the M50 only live and plan to work only in combi mode so that any splits I've programmed will be easily available).
3) If I program a split in combi mode how easy is it to get each program's effects copied in (ie how close to the original programs can I get)?
Thanks for any insight you can provide

1) No clue about the 10s hold button.
2) SO SIMPLE!!! like a 1 second project!
3) Simple!
I use the M50 live, as I play bass. I personally have each song setup into a combi, so all I do is before we start the tune, is I select the combi (which is already setup for each tune), and I'm off & running!
The light weight is a REAL sweet part of the M50 for live use! About the same weight as my Warwick basses!
Hope this helps!

@Studioman: I might be missing something here, but isn't the effect copying for one part only? Meaning that you can copy effects from one preset, but when you do it on the other - the effects from the first patch are overwritten?

Good question. I just posted the same question to Stephen at Karma Labs.
I'll try it.. I do recall running into this issue, but I thought it was with more than 4 insert effects.
I'll try it & advice.
