Hello my forum-friends,

I already own the Pa800 and I was thinking to buy the Triton Extreme (for sure) and additionally one the following options: Karma Workstation OR Karma Software for the Extreme.

Which solution you believe will be more reliable? The Karma Workstation or the Karma Software? Will be easy to use the software in a live-performances?

Thank you for your advices!

P.S: Any E-Store in Europe to find the Karma Workstation?

dude that will cost you like 3000 and you are paying for the same thing TWICE, they are EXACLYsame machines but extreme has some more samples and other cool stuff.

I do buy some non korg keyboard maybe VA or something rather than buying two same things (this is like renting two copies of one move Razz) yeah so go with extreme and the software(it is easier too to have only one keyboard - in this case anyway)

Stephen Kay has told others that the better set up would be TE with MW rather than the Karma.

I never used the software, but did some reading about it. You would have to have your Triton Extreme connected to a laptop during your live performance in order for it to work. If you already use a laptop in your setup... then i guess this would be easy, otherwise, sounds like a pain in the neck for me.

Re-opening an old topic....

with the economy the way it is and people being paranoid, now is the time to buy toys! People are unloading them so cheap that if you find the right deal, you'll scratch your head wondering how you got it.

I'm making room for an Extreme and I have no doubt that it'll compliment what I currently have. Same functions or not, if you can get a board for a great price, I say why the hell not Cool

Just noticed I wrote "TE with MW". To be technically correct, I should have written "Karma Triton" instead of MW. Here's a link to details on it. http://www.karma-lab.com/kt/karma-triton.html

Eric
