|
|
Hi,
I have the idea to eliminate some cable's using the following setup:
I want to connect my physical synths and keyboards by USB-midi to a simple Windows box and send the MIDI signals over Ethernet to my Macbook Pro running Logic, using IPmidi. This allows my to hook up my MBP to my keyboards easier (and could be fun for other experiments too, such as running VSTs on the Windows box to lessen the load on my Mac).
So what I need is a simple Windows tool to loop the MIDI ports of each synthesizer to an IPmidi port with as little latency as possible. Any hints on this one?
Thanks! |
