HI!
Recently I’ve bought some expasion boards for my TRITON RACK…
EXB-PCM01
EXB-PCM02
EXB-PCM03
EXB-PCM05
EXB-PCM05/06
…but I have some questions!
I want to install them in the E-A, B, C, E, F and G….
My first question is if I must load, for example the EXB-PCM01, from I-A to E-A, the EXB-PCM02 form I-B to E-B and so… or How?
My second question is how must I load the PCG files for the EXB-PCM05/06? They are two boards and one floppy disk! Wich PCG file for the 06 board on slot 06 (E-F) must I load and wich for the 07 board on slot 07 (E-G)?
I know that it must be the easier thing that one cad do with the TRITON, but I’m a little lost!!! ; )
Thanks in advance for the help! |

You go through the load process.
When you bring up the Load Selected Page. Move the cursor down to PCG Content. Highlight All and turn the Data wheel.
As you can see you can now select what bank you want and where you want to put it.
Example. INC - C would go to EXB-A etc
In the Case of the Orchestra Cards INC-C to EXB-A and then INC-D EXB-B
You can fill up your sounds that way... _________________ Oasys 88, 2 gig ram, EXB-DI and all the current expansions. VIRUS TI Desktop, Protools Horizons and SSL Bundles |

Hi, thanks for your answer!
I've just done the process and it seems to be everything allright... all the names, combis and everything are the correct but I don't know if I must be worried!....
When I was loading the .PCG file of the EXB-PCM05 (I-C to E-E) and the orchestral .PCG (I-C to E-F and I-D to E-G) a message told me:
"FILE / PATH NOT FOUND"
I skipped this and the Triton went on processing with the message:
"NOW WRITTING INTERNAL MEMORY"
After this... as I told before all the programs and combis seem to be in its place!
Any advice or suggestion please?
Thanks again! |
