Hi everyone,
I was wondering what do you guys think about the Tyros 3?
It's pretty impressive after watching the demos on youtube. What do you think? _________________ Blessings,

Generally speaking they sound fantastic. You can't really say a bad word about them in that regard.
Where the Tyros 3 or any Yamaha Arranger is a let down is when you get to the programming side of things. They tend to be very basic and nowhere near as deep as the likes of a KORG. In a way think of the Keyboards as Factory Preset heaven, but forget about programming your own stuff as you will only get bored.
No advanced Sequencer, no Sampler (playback sampler only that does not support any popular formats), total plastic design, cheaper keyboards compared to KORG and a very limited memory.
I could list out a lot of other things but it all basically boils down to this. They sound fantastic, but they are very basic keyboards with very little features compared to a KORG. They are the true definition on the words "Home Keyboard" and are in my opinion mainly marketed to that type of use, even though you will find many using them professionally and enjoying it.
Regards.
