Just to say hello,
Was a Triton Pro user back in 99-01, recently got myself a Triton 61 key..Been thinking and pondering on the M3, not sure about it in all honesty..i just don't like the look of the thing..well who knows eh..in the meantime i thought i'd join the forum and keep the music going,

Welcome to the forum.
I'm with you on the M3, and I own one!
Confused
I like some things, and others I don't. I want a performance synth to replace my aging TR, and Karma, and I'm just not feeling like the M3 is the tool for my job.
I think the M50 might be the better choice, the Extreme was my first choice, but they were out of production by the time I got to needing a new synth.
For what I need, I'd be willing to trade my M3 for a good Extreme.
What the M3 offers, I really won't use that much, and the sounds don't thrill me.
Smile

Hi Stephen, thanks for the welcome..
I just have a feeling that if i owned an M3 i'd be similarly disappointed, a great instrument no doubt but perhaps not for me.. Bit of a nice luxury that you have one though Smile

The M50 is "almost" a joke. So many features for that price. And NO catch at all. Korg should be using that business plan less, or they are going to go broke jajajaja Laughing

JUST KIDDING, Korg. Please continue manufacturing fully featured quality synths at affordable prices Wink
