Here's another instrumental because I can't get myself to sit down and spend time on lyrics and vocal tracks, so once I get mostly done with my 12 songs I'm going to have to revisit some of these to add vocals. Anyway, I composed and programed this last night and tweaked it some today. So this is about a 24 hour period composition. I'm not sure where I'm going with the lyrics, but it will be about a pole dancer of some sort.

Sorry to do so much dancey stuff, but this is what I want for my next cd.

As I said, this definitely has everything necessary to stand tall as an instrumental.
You always manage to come up with infectious rhythms, and interesting textures with your music tracks, I'm usually drawn to focus on them, and just let your vocal work enhance.
Another fine piece of work from you George, but, I've come to expect nothing less, you've spoiled me.
Wink
Regards,

Since the production again is flawless, there's no point for me to make a suggestion in that aspect.

With the melody that's played right in the beginning and also at the very end, I was thinking that there should be something played right after the last note of the meter. With my musical mind, I can hear a few more notes being played in the next meter with that same tone. Instead, you skip the meter and then repeat that melody. If it were me, I would experiment with using A sharp and C in that meter (yeah, I looked it up). And then I would add more variety in that melody each time it's repeated. It's hard to explain with text...but it's a suggestion.

Other than that, I would maybe experiment using strings a little more in the middle of the song.

The song is, again, awesome...I'm just pointing out those two things. Not a big deal though.

Thank you for those suggestions. That is exactly the sort of thing I look for in comments. I do have some editing to do on that song and a remaster still to do, I may tinker around with your suggestions and see if anything comes of that. The whole song really is just layers and layers of loops strung together on a sort of round robin structure, so some of it is nearly random generation. But now that it is what it is the result does suggest alternative directions. And I do like as much variation as possible while avoiding clutter, .... interesting.

Hi George, this got my foot tapping instantly, what tune, you've taken what I would call, eighties synth pop and broughtit ti the 21st century!
There are loads of sounds in there that I love and you've again, done amazing song. I wish I was as consistant as you George. I'm looking forward to your next song, I hope it will be as good as this one is!

Thank you. It's so strange that I just threw that together in a couple days and it worked. Usually I spend weeks until I get something I like.

No bother George, it can happen like that. They're the best tunes of all because they come from nothing and really get the creative juices flowing.
Sometimes when I play my guitar I do something and I can't wait to expand it, what I shold do is record it there and then, then work out how to get it to grow or evolve naturally. It sometimes happens and sometimes it doesn't, but the real thing is it gets us motivated to keep going on the song.
