I have an SV1 and just got a focusrite saffire usb 6 midi interface. I installed the drivers and everything, but it doesn't seem like any midi information is actually being sent form my sv1 to the interface box. there is an LED that is supposed to light up when it receives midi input that is doing nothing - nor is the input test on my mac config doing anything.

I'm not exactly a pro with midi, but i am running a midi cable from the sv1 "midi out" to the Saffire "midi in." This should just work, right? There is no configuring that i need to do to the sv1 in order for it to send midi from the keys, correct?

on my mac, in the midi setup utility, it sends data to the SV1 in test mode, so it seems like everything is working in the reverse direction.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
