Yamaha DGX 220 as midi controller of TEX

Post by Maarty »

Hey..
Is there any possibility to use my Yamaha DGX 220 (http://www.yamaha.com/yamahavgn/CDA/Con ... TID=205200) as midi controller of my TEX? The problem is that yamaha has no classic MIDI OUT, only USB OUT(/in)..
Thanks

I asked this question in the Yamaha forum and the answer is, you can MIDI them but you have to have a PC in the middle of the mix.

DGX->PC or Lappy->Triton
