So I decided rather then just beat on the WD I should learn a bit about drumming. I downloaded Stick Control. So far I am up to the sixth pattern on the first page of exercises. You need to get through the pattern at various speeds 20 times before moving on. I can get about 6 times through before I get tripped up! rllr lrrl rllr lrrl after a few rounds I'll wind up doing one of the groups twice in a row, doh! Been fun but is certainly need to develop a new set of brain patterns! Anyway Stick Control is out there in PDF if anyone else is interested.

I posted a link since it doesn't go to any kind of competitor just this PDF. I might have done this before now that I think of it, sorry if it is redundant!
