Im looking to get into electronic percussion and the wavedrum instantly caught my eye. However, im more into making snazzy hip-hop-techno beats than how real the drum feels. Is it the best for what Im looking for? Thanks so much. _________________ JohnnyB |

"Snazzy hip-hop techno beats" (whatever) are not played live but programmed in . It's not percussion, it's programming.
you're looking for a drum machine , Korg's Electribe and the more heavy-duty AKAI MPC series seem to be the ones for electronic loop-based beats. |

You can get some techo out of it but you'll need to layer up in the daw or loop them and play over each program you make, there are some crazy tones programed in and more sounds then you'll ever get around to tweaking in! |
