Serial number 363.
Picked it up an hour ago from Guitar Center in Naperville, IL.
Life is sweet.
Somebody tell my wife I'll see her around mid-August sometime?
Oh yeah, the whole thing has a faint blue glow around it.......haven't even plugged it in yet. |

well, I just picked up my kronos 61 today, and i'm loving it, doing some programming, have three gigs this weekend, not to thrilled about text size of the screen, hopefully i can magnify it somehow, at 47 my eyes don't work like they used to, the piano sounds, wow, what a joy to play, the sounds abound, this board is a beast, a monster, one issue though, when i plugged in my usb thumb drive, and turned on the unit, it would quit booting, and asked to remove usb devices and restart, weird, it works when i turn on the unit first, and plug in the thumb drive after boot up, the m3 had to have the drives plugged in first before start up, or it wouldn't recognize them. anyway still programming, but I highly recommend this board. great job korg. |

If the USB drive has a "boot flag" set (ie is a "bootable" USB stick), the Kronos system may have issues starting up with the stick in place. In general, best to plug in USB sticks after the Kronos is already booted if you're having any trouble in this department. The Kronos can detect USB storage devices on the fly, so it'll see it just fine at that point. _________________ ________________________________

Despite my last post, I just got a call. Mine is ready to ship. Of course I missed the call, so I emailed back.... SHIP IT!
So I guess I will get it next week. Too bad I have a series of gigs this weekend! _________________ Korg Kronos, RD-88, Yamaha VL1, Deep Mind 6, Korg Kross, author of unrealBook for iPad. |

Mine is sitting downstairs in the studio. I have opened the box but haven't taken the keyboard out yet. Heading there now. _________________ Korg Kronos 61 (2); Kurzweil PC4; Casio Privia PX-350m; Macbook Pro |
