This is a romp thru some beatbox percussive sounds I found on the m3 and just some simple beats I put together. It's something like Art of Noise meets Ministry meets, well you get the picture.

Really interesting I must say. I love the approach. And I like the snare sounds you were experimenting with. It makes it very cool to listen to. There were lot of different parts I enjoyed in this song. For example, the part at 2:00, which was played for a very short amount of time. I like that, and how you didn't try to put to much attention to that part. And nice layering towards the end. Solid transition into the interesting ending you have there. Cool beat.
Nice work George! I had to listen to it a few times to digest it all. This one was really enjoyable. Definitely a very re-listenable song. _________________ Like my Facebook Page!

Thanks, King. I finally got some sounds that inspired me. I was trying to do a trancey thing that just wasn't cutting it, then I hit on this vibe that sounded much more fun and experimental. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

I do have another song to post for September, but as there have not been many comments on this song I'm waiting a bit to post another. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Yeah, not so many comments or submissions for a bit now.
I know that I really don't have anything done so far for September. But I'm hoping to find some inspiration to complete a song soon, whether it'd be in Garageband or my Triton Extreme. Though my Extreme is kinda broken right now. One of the keys plays too loud. And I don't have the time nor money to get it fixed.
I will get a song completed for the beginning of October though.
Now that I think about it, I think I will have something done for September. There is a song here I've been wanting to finish. Shouldn't take too long. _________________ Like my Facebook Page!

at some point i need to decide what is going to on my next cd of instrumentals and then get busy producing the actual cd, cover art, song list, any last minute changes to the songs themselves. I may have a few hundred pressed thru cdbaby and see if that helps get my tunes out there more. There are people now and then taking an interest in my earlier cd's and i get a small check once in a while for digital downloads, but I think since I never made a lot of physical copies that may be something that's holding me back. At least I'll have a lot of good xmas presents to hand out if nothing else. Strange story. A band that I forgot their name actually did a song called Hollywood Whore that is the name of my 2nd cd and which was released long before their song, and even though I felt they might have stolen my idea for a song title, turns out that my song Hollywood Whore is my best selling song. So although people may be looking up their song to download, they run into mine and they apparently like it because it's been downloaded at a dollar a crack quite a few times. I do know from my reading thru articles that you need to make your cd release a drawn out thing and not just throw it out there. But announce it ahead of time, do a countdown, offer free downloads of a song or 2. I would do a live gig but I don't do anything live. I could do some sort of appearance somewhere though maybe where I could play the cd and show some weird footage and sign copies or something. Anway, if this osam keeps dwindling I may put more of my energies into this and less on new songs. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Gotcha. That all sounds good.
Well I'll still be here trying to do a song a month, so yeah. This other thing called Dwelling of the Duels has been keeping me busy also. It's basically OSAM, though you just do covers of video game tunes. So if I don't have anything original for the month, I'll be sure to have some kind of video game cover to submit. And that doesn't count any piano/keyboard improvs that I frequently record and upload to youtube. _________________ Like my Facebook Page!

Hi Again George Good as usual!!!
This has many interesting percussive sounds and I enjoyed it very much. I must admit I don't understand it well but I DO like it!!!
I was able to keep with the feel of the song throughout and feel the strong things include the melodic content as well ....
And indeed I am behind for comment on some I know and I intend to try to catch up now ..I found myself a bit busy with extra (non bad) Dr appts and dental as well as trips to Key West and was kept a little busy but ITS NOT ENOUGH to be a good excuse ! I was just a little discouraged I think... but WILL finish and get everything commented on!!!..
Regards !!! John ellll |

Thank you, John. I wondered how you were doing as we hadn't heard from you much lately. I appreciate your hanging in there with my rhythmic tunes, I know I haven't put a lot of melodies in my songs, but I am trying to reinvent new styles of music that hold interest in things beyond the simple melodies and chord progressions that I've fallen back on over the years. Hopefully I can find a market for this sort of thing as I attempt to compile my cd of all instrumentals. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Hey, this morning I see that this Infinite song is no. 1 on soundclick in the breakbeat song chart. I hope this helps promote my new cd when it's released!! _________________ George Nelson is 2loose
