Hello KorgForums, how are you?

Im brand new in this forum, so I will introduce myself. Im Federico F. from Argentina! i bought an M50 in january, had trouble with de outputs(the loud and noisy sound wich someone has written of it already overthere), and after sending it to the service, its finally solved, got it 100% functional.

Except for this, when I use the headphones out, no sound cames of it, except if I move the plug in and out until I find a spot where it works.
Neither of these happens when using left channel(didn't try the right).

So here is my question... does anyone has any idea why this happens and which will be the solution for it?

Try the phones in another device to see if the same thing happens.

I'm using an amplifier... tried in every output... headphones, left / mono, and right.

The problem only occurs when using the headphones out.

Use headphones out only to connect a headphone.
The line outs should be used to connect to an amplifier.
Perhaps the jackplug isn't 100% anymore?
