I'm trying to create my own drum kits. Have assembled a library of wavs and am loading them into a bank in the Editor/Librarian software and then transferring over to the MicroSampler. All is working good, however - all the samples come in as "Gate" samples no matter what I do. I want them to be "one shot" samples so I can hit a cymbal crash and let the full sound play w/o holding my finger on the key the whole time.
I notice that the drum kits in the Korg MicroSampler bonus packs come in as "one shot" samples. How can I setup my own banks of one shot samples??? Is there something I'm missing in the software? A way to declare this setting somewhere either on the MicroSampler or in the software???
Thanks! |

AHA! You just have to set "Release" to 127. Works perfect now! |
