IMHO, the param guide along with the op guide makes me confused. So i wonder: Is there any way to brutally import a track made on Garage Band into the Kronos? Made a nice track on Garage Band, but the int sounds are not so good on there. So, could I import the all midi from GB to Kronos and replace the poor sounds on GB with the ones on the Kronos sequencer?

yes, go to garage band and click export midi

go to kronos and then, import midi...

Robbinhood, are you sure that's true? I don't have the most recent version of GarageBand, but I don't think GB exports MIDI files. (The older versions do not.)

There are 2 workarounds, one simple and one complicated. The easy way is to import your GB project into Logic or Logic Express. (Maybe a friend has a copy?)
