#1) if i have a sample at 140 b.p.m. how can i change that sample to play at 120 b.p.m.

I don't have mine handy right now but you need to edit the time-stretch attribute for the sample. It is in the manual. It works really well, I just can't remember the terms that Korg uses. There are two types of speed change for the audio. One will keep the same pitch and stretch it the other will just speed it up or slow it down as needed.
