Will it overwrite any existing programs?

This is a bank of programs so it has to overwrite something. By default it will load into Bank UA but you can change the bank so it loads into another unused bank if you have one available. You can also load individual programs if needed.

I suggest saving your current PCG data before loading this. If you have any problem you can easily recover your system.

Awesome! I wasn't too sure, so I loaded the PCG off the other Drive and it seemed to recover just fine. Thanks for your help!
