|

Is it possible to somehow playback audio (MP3) from Pads? I guess I could use the sampler to create a new sound, however, the sampler only accepts WAV files and not MP3s. And there seems to be no way to create WAV files from within the PA900 operating system, only MP3s, so some external equipment would be needed to do this. Am I missing something? Is there some convenient way to make short audio recordings that can be played back while improvising/playing in style mode?
Cheers,

The easy way is to record your MP3 and them play it in the Song Mode and just play along with it. |

That's a good idea, except if he only wants to initiate the audio at certain times ... _________________ t. : ) |

You can convert the mp3 to wav using some software for PC.
After, that wav can be used to make a sample.
After, you can do a new drum kit, assign the sample to a key.
After, you can record a new pad which uses the new drum kit and then, play the sample. |
