hi !
sorry for my ugly english,I’m french and i’m going to do the best for explain to you my problem.
i bought a wavedrum oriental 3 day ago to a professional reseller.
i practice a lot since.
Yesterday after a session plug on an amplifier for guitar just with the left side output jack. i’ve lost stereo on headphone output! i have only the right side!
im sure is it not a bad contact because i do lot of manipulation for test it and the wavedrum as new.
today i totally dismount to check a bad contact and i found nothing...
the stereo work when i plug it whit the L & R output jack on my monitoring speakers.
if someone have an idea to help me because i did everything i could and i’m going to be crazy !

Check the cable first. It is usually the problem's cause.
Is the jack loose (wiggle).
If it is under warranty then get it fixed by Korg. That is always the best way. |

If it is only occuring on your headphones - check the headphones on another device to make sure they are working. They may be the problem and not the wavedrum. _________________ Gizmo
