I finally, after a long wait with UPS, received my brand new Korg Krome 88. Right out of the box I plugged it right in into my PA and had it start up. To my disappointment, about only the first two octives actually work. The rest are not responding onscreen. I tried re initializing it but still no luck. Please help, I've waited all day yesterday for this thing!

Definitely need to use your warranty on this one. Sorry for the bad experience.

had the same problem, some times half of the keys wouldn't respond, went back to normal when i lightly hit the chassis.

I opened it and found out that the cable that goes from the keybed to the circuit board was not plugged in correctly.

Sofly pushed its end to the board to fit in , problem solved.

If I'm gunna pay for such a product, I expect everything to be plugged in correctly. Very disappointing.
