Is this possible? I know it's not listed as an NRPN msg but is there a way to control it via Sysex? I'm using the microSampler thru Ableton with Bome's in between. I want to be able to select which sample I'm playing in keyboard mode via a separate midi controller so I can accurately select my sampled sounds with the touch of a button. Thoughts???
Thanks.

Hey, I'd really like to know this too. I want to be able to quickly select samples to play in keyboard mode, rather than having to fiddle around with the sample select dial. If anyone knows of a way of doing this it would be much appreciated. |

It's sysex
F0 42 30 7F 41 62 00 xx 00 yy 00 F7
The sample select yy= (note number) - 48
But can't remember how is calculated the key xx which you select the sample
Try midiox and look at the sysex commands |
