KORG PA50 SD problem with installing OS, please help

Hello, sorry for bad english, i will try to explain the best i can.
I have micro SD (2GB) and adapter for it. I have formatted it in MS DOS mode (i read that in instructions). Copied new OS (1.02) for PA50SD and exract it in card (then i have 3 files inside).

When i start my keyboard it seys "to load OS pres ENTER" (something like that), i did it! But, several seconds later it say this "error comparing OS".

Every time is same error. What to do? Please help. Sad
