I am getting reports that after upgrading to Yosemite 10.10.3, the Kronos is no longer recognised, which suggests there could be a problem with the Mac driver, the latest listed in the Kronos support section being 1.2.0r4.

Has anyone got their Kronos recognised by Yosemite? Perhaps using 1.2.1r4, which although it is not listed as a driver for the Kronos and Kronos X could work?

Thanks for confirming it works for you or doesn't, as the case may be.

I thought the Kronos was class compliant on Mac? What's the driver for?

Ok just tried by Kronos other usb and the driver seems to be working fine here.

Both USB and Audio are working fine.

I also tried the editor and that also works.

What problem are you having Francois?

Actually I just had more of a play with the editor and it's not working well at all, but I think that is the editor playing up rather than the driver.

Hi,
I just (like yesterday) upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.3.
I have an original Kronos 88, upgraded to the latest OS.
Kronos shows up fine in my Audio MIDI setup, and as well in Logic Pro X (most recent version).
I can't speak for the editor, because it never worked very well for me ever, so I just kinda skip it.

I have found, however, that many of my Audio Damage plugs are refusing to be opened by the AU Plug In Manager.

I hope you find a solution to your problems.

OK, thanks to all. 1.2.1r4 seems to be working, but not 1.2.0r4. As to why, your guess is as good as mine. Main bit is, it works. Cheers.

Perhaps Korg should update their support website and list 1.2.1r4 for the Kronos as opposed to 1.2.0r4 which is the one listed.
