For the editor/computer connection to the Kronos, what USB types work? 1, 2, or 3?
Also, would a 15 foot length work fine or would it be too long? |

Believe if you hook up your Kronos to a computer it will alert you as to what kind of a USB connection you have. I have seen this with devices I have connected to my PC via USB. _________________ "To me the synthesizer was always a source of new sounds that musicians could use to expand the range of possibilities for making music."

USB types are mostly backwards compatible, it shouldn't really matter what you use on the computer end of things. |

A 15 foot cable length should be ok for type 2. USB 3 has a recommended maximum of 9 feet. But I have gone much longer lengths using an active repeater extension cable or a powered hub will also extend the length. |
