Arsalan, if the reset file I sent you didn't work, I fear there is something else. May you please contact the shop, or a service center?

I'm looking for the following files.
- 1 - INSTALL “Maintenance_service_resize_partitions_1.pkg”
- 2 - INSTALL “Z110A_Maintenance_service_2.pkg”
- 3 - INSTALL “pa4x_std_os_res_v1_0_2.pkg” |

With all respect to Paolo I think that for the users here who are using or intend on using the Pa4x for Live Stage work we need to know what this problem is, as there are a number of instances now documented where the Product has failed to boot what is the situation ?
1. Do Korg know what is causing this issue ?
2. Does effect only certain Pa4x with certain OS version ?
3. or is it a epidemic fault that could happen to ANY Pa4x ?
4. Does Korg have a fix for it ?
Personally I am getting to the stage once my Flightcase arrives, I want to use the Pa4x on stage but this makes me very apprehensive and as has been already muted having another one does not even Guarantee immunity from whatever this issue is.
Paolo can you please throw some light here ? _________________ Yamaha S90ES, Korg Triton Pro, EXB Moss, Roland XV5080, Korg EX8000, Korg Pa4x 76, Korg Kronos 88, Crumar MOJO, Logic Pro X, V Collection, Novation SL61,Vienna, Korg Pa4x , EC-5, Vienna, Arturia V Collection, Roland SC88 Pro, Roland D110, Alesis SR16, Alesis D4 |

If Paolo has anything to communicate on this issue, I think we ALL deserve to hear it... |

Despite Paolo's kind involvement, Korg forums is not a vehicle for communication with Korg Italy - ideally, you need to contact them directly or via your distributor.

In previous posts Paolo wrote that he sent a private message to solve the problem. That's why I mentioned him. Did any of the users have a similar problem and how did they solve it? _________________ Trajche TALE Dimitriev

Korg only sending the solution out in private communiques is not exactly confidence inspiring...
Personally, I find it more damaging to a company's reputation to obscure and ignore public acknowledgement of faults than to confess there's an issue, make the fix public (and detail under what circumstances the fix may and may not work) and be open about the mistake.
Private, secret communication with just a few customers while the rest are left in the dark doesn't exactly inspire confidence for how future issues are going to be handled.
If there's a fix, if there's an answer to why some units are malfunctioning and some aren't, the best solution is for us all to know about it. |

This post is way too old and the problem back then was not related to using the keyboard..
A small amount of keyboards got affected by a boot loop/black screen (as far as i remember) situation right after updating to the firmware update that was online for little time..They fixed the bug almost immediately and replaced the firmware so they sent the solution privately to anybody that had the chance to use the buggy update to save them time going to the distributor to resolve it under warranty..
It has nothing to do with current bugs!
What it was , was a factory reset pkg (there were only pkg models back then) which was just getting the keyboard out of boot loop..
You can now do the exact same thing with the full 2.0 factory reset package so you should try that!!!
Inform us if it solved your problem , else please describe the problem you have so we can try to help better!! _________________ ~~~The best keyboard for any player is the one that fits his/her needs!~~~
