When playing Factory organ preset Jimmy I get a loud noise when playing keys in the low register... anyone else having this problem

No I do not get any noise at all - the organ sound seems correct across the entire keyboard.

Are you on OS 1.20? and if so did you run "Factory Restore" after the upgrade?

If you have done all that, it might be worth re-installing OS 1.2 and factory restore.

It's only 2 weeks old and has the new is version 1.1

[karmathanever]

Update to 1.2 - think you need to before going any further.
Don't forget that "factory restore" step after the update (it's in the update manual)
