|
|
Hello everyone, I recently bought a Korg M50 in order to connect it to my MPC 2500.
MIDI cables connect between the M50 and the MPC and achievement record midi through the channel one (A1) but when I change the sound recording changes you make with the first sound.
as I can configure the M50 to send a sound per channel ???
thank you very much and sorry for my English, I only speak Spanish |

Hello,
you want to have one instrument on each MIDI channel, is that correct?
For this you have to use Sequencer mode and set each track to another instrument and to individual MIDI channel. Additionally, you have to set track node to EXT or BTH in order to react on notes coming from MIDI In.
You can create such sequence from Combi - when you are in Combi mode, press Enter + REC buttons.
Sadly, effect section is shared for Combi and Sequence mode, so the sounds from Program mode will not be the same in Sequencer mode, when there are more instruments. |
