Hi,
I want to assign one of the Assignable Switches to Style-Lower Mute in my Pa4X but It's not listed (Shift+ Assignable Switch).
I have and use this option in my Korg Pa900 all the time.

So I am wondering if this option is missing in Pa4X, or it was never part of its predecessor Pa3X.
Beside that I couldn't find neither the Style-Upper 1,2,3 Mute.

I just checked mine, not that I doubted you, and the option is certainly not there. You can mute just about anything else. It evidently can't be assigned to FC5 pedal either.

I noticed that I cannot mute the the lower sound. I don't know if that is what you are talking about. Under the sound of the lower sound it says backing. Then I found a setting in the Global mode-preferences that says something about backing bass and lower sound muting. I unchecked the box and now I can turn on and off the lower sound and the bass does not play when I hold chords.

Hi,

You can mute/unmute the Keyboard Sounds by using the dedicated KEYBOARD SOUNDS > ON/OFF buttons on the control panel.
