Is someone else having problems with pops and clicks on some effects like Grain Shifter, Mix Grain and Beat Grain? Sad

The input level on the KP is not clipping, and I have tried lowering the output of the KP, but it doesn't help. I upgraded mine from firmware 1.03 to 1.10 thinking it would fix it, but it didn't.
Can someone confirm this behavior?
