|
|
Does anyone know how to set up a pedal to control the leslie FX for organ sounds.
Using the mod wheel isn't convenient when using both hands.
I went into the editor and couldn't find the effect for the pedal.
Any help is appreciated. |

The leslie on/of toggle should be in insert effects , called rotary speaker for legal reasons. What you want to access is the Alternate Modulation Source (AMS); look for "JS +Y" in the parameter. That assigns the function of on/off to the Joystick/forward push - - which you're trying to modify to pedal.
If you change that in the pulldown menu to assignable footswitch that should allow you to on/off leslie. You should use a piano/sustain type switch. Pedal (sweepable value) wouldn't be recommended for the on/off function.
A pedal (vs footswitch) would be better used for spin rate or vibrato depth and is assignable the same way provided you find where (menu) and what parameter is currently being effected and which (if any) controller is assigned.

Thanks Bill! Thanks for taking the time to help. I was afraid it wasn't possible on the Kross. Much appreciated. I'll give it a go |

Yes Slapdaddy......once you play around with the AMS settings, you will find that it's pretty easy. |
