|

Hi
was not sure where to post this as i did not find a forum for the Korg bx3.
I have the newer model of BX3 and just recently, for some reason the buttons won't respond when pressing them, when pressing keys it will generete sound, but at a very low volume. The connected footpedal rotary switch (yamaha fs something) can force the leslie slow/fast to function, but not when pressing the button for it.
Sometimes though, i'm lucky and by pressing the chorus/vibrato (upper or lower) it sometimes activates, and then every button functions properly and i can increase the volume and switch to drawbar mode, where the drawbars do function. It seems that it randomly functions, cause as i said, sometimes i get them to work, other times i don't.
Have anyone encountered this before and/or know how to fix this?
I live in Norway and am interested in finding someone who might have a look at it/ repair it and/or get an estimated price on the repair.
Hoping for replies |

Hi just saw your post. I cannot switch from preset to the drawbars on the upper manual. Did you have any luck? |

So I just took the top off my BX3, found the wires going to the drawbar select buttons and just kind of pushed on them a bit, and now the buttons work... Hmmm. |
