|
|
Hi:
About a month or so ago I played a festival that provided a Triton Pro 76 as backline. I saved all my prog/combis/seq on my home Triton Pro 76 to a floppy.
When I loaded the disk into the provided model, it stated "disk not formatted", and I was unable to load my sounds in. I know my disks were ok, because I was able to load them ion my own keyboard.
Not sure why this happened, but is it possible the firmware on the loner keyboard wasn't up to date? I would sincerely like to prevent this form happening in the future, and would hate to have to switch leybairds.
thanks in advance |

Be sure to format the disk on the Triton before you write/save any files. Korg recommend using MSDOS formatted 1.44mb floppy but I have found that the much older 720k diskettes will work as well however they are not 100% reliable. Also instead of the 'quick format' choose the 'full format' whenever you are using a disk for the first time. _________________
