Here is a quick video I produced showing you the problem I am having on my PA4X with the Concert Grand and other piano sounds.

On fresh bootup, all is fine. Concert Grand is in MySetting.

Once you select a different piano sound, the Eb, octave 5 key goes "bad".

Re-selecting Concert Grand does not fix the issue. But going to a style with Concert Grand and hitting the Piano keyboard set does get rid of the clunk.

If I reboot the keyboard, Concert Grand sounds fine again...until I select some other sound and come back to it.

Hi, looks strange...

Did you try a "factory reset" ?

Looks like part of samlpe(s) are not loaded correctly...

OR some parameters ( in your "other choosen piano sound" ) are different from the ones of the grandpiano.

If you change an instrument like you did ( NOT via setlist but via "single voice change" ) the effect-parameters are not changed.

Choose a distorted guitar and then change the sound of Upper1 to a piano, sounds strange, because distortion effect is still on...

Very Interesting! I did not know that. Might be part of the problem.

I haven't considered a factory reset yet. I want to make sure I have a full backup AND how to restore everything before I would try that. I also consider that it might be one of my customizations somewhere that is causing the problem, and I might reintroduce it loading my custom stuff back in.

Yes, it sounds like the Eb(5) sample loses the note and keeps mostly the keyboard noise only. Maybe a round-robin glitch in sample variations as well.
