Hello guys I've a big problem i cannot solve since a week. i tried to export a pattern in wave format on my sd card. One I select " Export wave" in my korg I've noticed it export in wave only the step 1 on 4. for a fixed file o 2 megabyte. So my question is...ho can i Export in wave a full (4 steps pattern)
is the any option? Thanks in advance please help me! =)

Ok, I just tried to investigate. I had never used myself this function. What I can see is that the wav file generated by the electribe is corrupted, at least during my test on the first pattern of the factory presets (you can't even load it with my editor... I will probably make a fix to allow such kind of file corruption with a warning message).
Anyway, the wav file may be wrongly interpreted by the software you use to load it. Wav file header indicates that the data is two times smaller that it is in reality (I suppose that Korg initially planed to export the part in mono?). So your software may truncate it at half. What I find strange is that you say that you only have 1 step over 4... It should be 2 if my assumption was true.
To be sure: which menu do you use to export your pattern in wave? [EXPORT AUDIO]/[WAV File Only] ?
If you try to import such a generated wav file with IMPORT SAMPLE menu, and assign it to a track and trigger it, does it still only have 1 (or 2) steps over 4? |
