After many years of not booting up properly, after being in storage, I finally got my A/D repaired! Turned out to be the dreaded leaking capacitor problem, on the input power stage, plus a burnt transistor.

So, having lots of fun using MIDI-OX to try out all the old Sysex files, from the old forums! Smile I might even learn how to program it, this time around...

Might sound weird, but it has a lot of similarities with my Access Virus, that I replaced it with...

The fact that that one has inputs apparently makes it the best of the Wavestations...run (for example) a poly analog in there for some beautiful soundscapes! Congrats!

I don't have a physical Wavestation, but have lots of fun with the Legacy edition (and Wave Sequencing in Kronos HD-1)

it's really a great synth even by today's standards with few tweaks.

I own both legacy and ios versions and love the IOS version more as bit easier to see and tweak and program.

Tried running the WS into my Virus TI, for the filters, sounded pretty good! The WS effects are actually quite good, but not having a resonant filter is a real pity! Sad
