am totally confused with what and where styles,are missing from my Favourites and User banks...I have already used some Bonusware styles...the only thing I can think of is that the store that sold the keyboard by mail order must have loaded extra styles as a bonus offer
I apologise for confusion,I do appreciate your great long replies.....
Nobody still has told me where the new drums are..can you tell me please.
I shall just try load the new OS styles...plus select some Bonusware styles into the banks.

Hi Ronnie, I think that you may have accidentally overlooked my answer about the new drum kit locations in one of the other threads that you posted, so here is my quote from that thread:

"Yes, all of the new v2.0 sounds are in the Factory tab already. I just checked and the new drum kits are there too (in the drum section/tab). All of the new drum kits (6 of them) are listed in the v2.0 upgrade manual (the 66 page one) not the full 1000+ page manual."

The names of the New V2 Drum Kits are:

Trance Kit
Dance Kit Remix
Pop Kit 2 Amb
Pop Kit 3 Amb
Jazz Kit 2 Amb
Brush Kit 1 Amb
