I am considering purchasing a pa4x. Wondering when the next model is expected,. Want to get latest and best when I spend this much money.

No-one knows.
If past trends are anything to go by then we might get some rumours in 2020.

That's a couple of years away. Should be able to pay it off b4 new model is announced.
