Are there any synth collectors out there that might be interested. It's a non-working, pre-production board.

Looks like something cobbled together from miscellaneous parts. Some Trinity stuff as well as some stuff I can not even identify. May not be worth the asking price IMHO. Shocked

That looks like a real OASYS proto. I had one, once. We used to call that the "Perestroika OASYS" (i.e Russian version). This one looks particularly beat up, though.
