Just wondering, does anyone have any customized eq and/or volume settings they would like to share? It's always good to have a fresh pair of ears to compare to. Sounds Good
Thanks, Musaed |

Hello !
No , i don"t like the maxxaudio and internal pa3x DAC... it sounds very bad in loud speakers and have no quality. all samples are converted in worst sound quality. two solutions i get afer long time of testing in live gigs:
1- i have to connect it via digital output directly to my Roland Quad capture digital in. cable i use in this case is digital coaxial gold plated cable. it sound much more rich ,clear and good mastered even it is without maxxaudio in case of digital signal.( i set gain to +3db in soundcard )
2- i have tested all factory sounds and in my ears they are sounded antiphase....i have tested with voxengo span and it shows very serious phase problems with almost 90% of sounds. i think the problem is wrong sound processing when sounds are made from factory( like too much widening pluggins etc...) i used to turn their osc pan to -/+ 30 left and right until voxengo span shows me correct phase and i write down all the factory sounds. |
