I took the chance after a puzzle that user mate "Korg1" made me explore tonight of how to activate
an extra brass shakes OSC via pedal , while SW1 DNC do not fit to his needs.
It's obvious that Pa4X do not have an Amp Level AMS of ±100 so this can't be done at all in SOUND mode
since one OSC must be enabled and all the others to be muted and Amp sensitivity AMS do not mute OSCs !
So , I publish a tricky way to do it in KBD Set and the actual tutorial is how to switch two sounds via Damper pedal.

- As first you edit the pedal activated "sound" and set all OSC basic/Damper mode to off.
- Create a KBD set with Upper 1 as normal sound and Upper 2 as the pedal enabled sound.
- At Mixer tuning/Volume Pan , turn off Dry square boxes for Upper 1 & 2 , at Effect Send Set only Master 2
to 127 value for Upper 1 and Master 3 to 127 value for Upper 2
- Use 2 Master FX , FX2 & FX3 as "St. Graphic 7EQ" with all settings flat and edit each effect as bellow :
Set FX2 "wet" and Scr : Damper #64 Amt : -100
Set FX3 "dry" and Scr : Damper #64 Amt : +100

- As last use FX1 as reverb and send to FX1 a value of 10-20 from FX2 & FX3
- Done

Now everytime you press pedal , Upper 1 is completely muted and Upper 2 is enabled until pedal is released !

Hope this helps

It seams there are more posibilities as well :

-At first you edit the pedal as Antony described for the layers you wish to turn on via sustain.
- If you don't want to use the effects ,you can use an alternative method :
Go to AMP tab, then ''Modulation'',and change AMS2 to damper and Intensity to -99.You will have to to it for each layer you want to turn OFF while you press the pedal.

I already wrote that this is not a switching option , for 2 main reasons :
1) It just reduces sound volume of OSC and do not mute it !
2) You destroy velocity sensitivity of OSC and if set at a positive value (+40 f.e) then the +100 AMS of reverse
switching OSC will lead to distrortion and will disorder the entire SOUND.
This is commonly known from Pa800 age ! Wink

Haven't tried that, but in my case this works ok cause my osc don't have a possitive value, they are all flat,so it makes the trick, but you are right, maybe it will lead to destort of osc have possitive value.
Thanx again Antony!!!

Brass is not a transistors organ , no descent sound development ever have OSCs velocity sensitivity to zero !
But if it suites you , never mind ...
