Has anyone successfully transfer sysex patches to the volca fm via audio cable?
There are some youtube videos show this working, but I'm at a look as to how to send patches with a MacBook (no midi or DAW) |

Yes I have done that myself. Remember audio into sync-in, but I do not know where you can get the presets from other than another Volca FM or a recorded backup signal which I used. I think the best way is to transfer over midi with dexed in a vst host., lots of good patches in dexed too. |

I've got an app for iOS called FM buddy which supposedly can send sysex using audio to the sync in but I can't get it to work. All that happens is some super fast step movement. Anyone had any luck with this app? |
